How do I find what I'm looking for?
Our Online Shop is divided into different categories which are listed on the left hand side of the page (1). To view our range of products select a category from the side (1) which invokes the right main panel (2) to be filled with products of the selected category.
From the main panel (2) you can select a product and it will appear as a pop-up with a bigger picture and more description in the centre of the window along with the price and product options.
Alternatively you can use the search facility (3) above the categories. Enter a search word and after clicking the "search" button and all products where the product name or description contains the entered word will show up in the main panel.
My delivery address is outside New Zealand
Select your country of delivery from the country dropdown box (4) in the top section of the page. All prices will be shown in the currency of the country of delivery and are converted using the current exchange rate.
What do I do when I've found what I need?
Enter the number of Items you want to order and press the "Buy" button located next to the quantity field (5). This adds that product in the entered amount into your shopping basket (6) which is displayed in the top right corner of the screen.
At any time you can view your shopping basket, by clicking the "Basket/Checkout" (6). The Shopping Basket shows the items you have selected so far, and lets you alter the quantity or delete them. When you have finished shopping click the "Order" button - located within your Shopping Basket. Then you can enter your address and payment details. When you click the "Confirm" button the order will be sent to us.
