This bench seat is of my own design using barrel staves cut in half for the seat slats, with stainless steel screws fixing them in place
By having the beveled end of the stave to the front, and the natural curve of the stave, makes it very comfortable to sit on. Can be made a longer lengths than this.Seat frame has N.Z Totara legs, with the rails from N.Z. Rimu.
Finish is a Eucalyptus based exterior oil

This full length barrel stave has five routed faces onto which you can sit small food bowls, cheese, bread, or what ever you desire.
The dark areas are the result of scorched the barrel during manufacture, and the red wine staining

This five step serving tray shows four small bowls, with the much wider flat space in the center suitable for a larger bowl, or perhaps slices of celery,bread,cheese, etc. Small bowls could hold dips, nuts. olives, chip, or what you may choose. Bowls this size are available in many styles and colors, so have not included the bowls in this price. Has two small tapered feet which give the piece a lift, and quite an oriental look

This barrel stave are the widest i have had , so did not rout any flat areas on it, one bowl in the center, then bread, cheese, or any other food you wish. Has two small feet which give the piece a lift, and quite the oriental look

This table is also from my own design, using a wine barrel head for the table top, and barrel staves turned inside out for the legs The black steel leg spreader have threaded ends to take the brass dome nuts and flat washers, which contrast so well against the red/black color from the wine staining
Have made these in heights of 500mm, 600mm, and full height 750mm, price is the same for all heights.When you use a barrel head that has the manufacturers burnt stamp on it, gives the piece a real authentic look.

This serving tray is made from a French Oak wine barrel head, with two Oak stiffening ribs underneath. The wrought iron handles i make myself, with the flat steel hot hammered to get the dimple effect. Many of these French Oak barrel heads can show the most beautiful quarter sawn medullary ray figure, as you can see on this tray

My burnt logo is done on a CNC laser machine, and finish is a medium stain, then three coats of Danish oil.

This fruit bowl is made from thee short sections of a French Oak barrel stave, with the ends sanded flat and carved.
Underside edges have a stopped router cut bevel to reduce the visible thickness of the edge.
Dark area is from the charcoal effect when insides of barrels are burnt, as well as the staining from the Red Wine.
Finish is hand rubbed Danish Oil.
